Shipping Policies:
1. Complete Postal Address Required: To ensure smooth delivery of your order, it’s essential to provide a complete postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number. Please verify your pin code and contact number before finalizing your order.
2. Dispatch Time: If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. In case some items are out of stock, we will produce them and dispatch them within 10 working days from the order placement date. We’ll keep you informed in such situations.
3. Delivery Schedule: Our courier partners will deliver your shipment between Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Please note that deliveries are not made on public holidays and Sundays. Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and strikes, which are beyond our control.
